Toenail Injury

I walked into my room mostly in the dark, but there was a little light from the bathroom night light. However, I still kicked the bedpost.

It didn't hurt very bad; I was just shocked by the fact that I kicked the bedpost with my toe. When I walked into the bathroom I saw that my toenail was bleeding. It turned out that my toenail was almost completely off, but was still connected at the base of the nail.

Ugh! I had to rinse the blood, but the toenail, and bandage myself. Thank goodness I don't get sick seeing blood. However, I still get grossed out.
